Last night Amanda and I attended Governor Chet Culver, Lt. Governor Patty Judge and First Lady Mari Culver's "Off-the-Record" Press Holiday Party. It was a laid back night at Terrace Hill. It's always nice to see my other media friends whether they work in radio, print or for other tv stations. The food was good and it was a beautiful evening in an incredible setting. The main thing we wanted to show with the pictures was what an incredible place Terrace Hill is. Not only is it a wonderful tourist spot, Iowa's first family lives on the third floor! It also has government offices and work spaces. The building is in pristine shape as you can see by the pictures. I highly recommend you take a tour if you are visiting Iowa or you are a resident.-Rachel Pierce
